Well- thanks!
I will order a Buick GN pod and see how it works.
"Late model" Eclipse is what I've also been told.
Sounds like it's worth a try.

Subject: Re: Gauge Pods
A few years ago I ordered a pair of Autometer temp gauges... oil and
water... from Summit. I guessed at an A pillar gauge pod as there was no
listing for a type 44, it was way off and I sent it back. I ended up
talking with the guy that manufacturers the pods for Summit... I have the
name somewhere on the receipt... and he guessed that one for a... are you
ready... Buick Grand National would come close. Criteria is whether or not
the gauge pod openings point toward the driver... a function of the A pillar
rake and 'camber' and the lower end flare. Well, after some trimming and
hair dryer-induced remolding of the upper end it actually came very close.
Had to spray it black, too, as all Grand National interiors were gray.
I don't know if this will pass your test for 'ease of adaptation' but the
gauges really look nice. There is room for a three-pod if one needs more
feedback.
