Strange Wheel Problem...Please help

Some of you may be familiar with my quest for balancing my wheels through the 
Tire Monkeys thread.  Today I found a very excellent tire shop that was 
willing to do everything they could to find the problem with my wheels.  The 
aftermarket rims I have on are 15 X 7 wheels with Kumho 205/50/15 tires.  The 
tires and wheels are all straight and true on the balance machine.  When on 
the 90Q20v they shake all over.  My stock tires and rims do not have this 
problem.  I do have the correct wedge type wheel bolts on the car and also 
have the hub centric rings too. Does anyone know what could be wrong?  It 
seems that maybe they aren't centering all that well on the car's hubs for 
some reason.  I want to try my luck on the autocross with my friends next 
weekend but don't want to push the car if everything isn't 100%.  The rims 
are made by Panther model # 190FWD.  Any ideas of what is up??
