Altenate type 44 Bilstein sources

Hello Lister's:

I recall a recent post where someone (I think Ti or Taka) listed two
separate sources and prices for the above shocks, the first was something
like Super S--------  with a price of $399 for a set of 4, the other was
the ubiquitous www.shox.com (a.k.a. RD Enterprises) that is on the vendor
list. I lost my copy of the post, and as I have exhausted all the sources
I could find for the type 44 Bilstein Sports, I'm searching for other
vendors. Could you re-post this source?
