Hi,
Sorry to hear that your friend bought a car at Lewis Motors in South 
Burlington, Vermont. In my dealings with them (over 15 years)I have found 
them to be "subpar" in terms of "service with a smile". Hopefully he will be 
able to have recourse though AoA, as I do not think Lewis will help him out 
:-( I know a few mechaniocs that work there and the horror stories I have 
heard.......There is a reason their nickname is "Screw-us Motors".
