Sounds like you have been there, done that before :-) In almost 15 years of 
driving and repairing vw/audi's in Vermont I have had to deal with Lewis 
Motors several times. Never a fun experience :-( I know a couple of 
mechanics who have worked there and quit because of questionable business 
practices by Lewis. Their greed REALLY shows when you take an older Audi in 
for work. $$$ signs flash in front of their eyes........
So, all listers, please do not let your friends or family buy from Lewis 
Motors (aka Screw-us motors), Shelbourne road, South Burlinton, Vermont. Go 
to Kinneys Audi in Rutland.........

Ahhhhh, much better :-)I have needed to vent about these "people" for years, 
every since they charged my ex over $250.00 for a "tune-up" for her '81 
4000, which consisted of plugs, rotor, cap, airfilter and wires........$60 
in parts, $190 in labor for a 1/2 hour job. Wish I could charge $380 an hour 
for labor........
