Turn signal to wiper problem

I recently changed out my wiper switch assembly which is mounted adjacent to
the turn signal switch. The wipers work fine now but this created a problem
with turn signals and e flasher circuit. The turn signal lights go on but do
not flash and the e flashers only flash when the ignition switch is in the
mid position. In addition the ac clutch engages and disengages with the
flasher lights as well as the door switch lamps and other things. Cool yah.
Any thoughts on this???
