CIS question also Q conversion??

This may be an impossibility but I am wondering if there is any way to 
increase the control pressure in my CIS system?  Is that what the co screw 
does?  My car is an ' 83  with a CIS (k-jet) 5 cyl.    

I am kind of contemplating a Quattro conversion for my GT coupe.  I am 
guessing that 4KQ parts will work for this and in theory it sounds like a 
basically bolt-on conversion.  I realize it is more complicated than that but 
I am wondering if any one has ever done a conversion like that before and how 
it went.
