I have dealt with their parts Dept.  They don't carry many older Audi
parts,
so everything is special order... :-(  I was less than impressed when I
had to explain to them that my 930 had three crush washers not two....
turns out every oil change they do on a Turbo porsche they are leaving 1 
liter of nice dirty oil in the Turbo oil tank all for the sake of a
$0.20 
crush washer!

I have found Stammler in Boulder to be the best for OE Audi parts
locally.
For service work on older German cars I recommend Walter's on Broadway,
have not been there in a while though...
