diff locks don't break, their vacuum hoses do, usually, right?

that is what the car is worth, the going price for q script seats.

yeah, if you want a parts car it's a good candidate.  buying a rusty 17
year old car to fix up is a bit crazy.  Find a nice silver one for
1500-2k or so, put the seats in it.
