Fan

Climate Control settings of Auto, Bilevel and Defrost with an outside air 
temperature above something like 37 degrees F all result in the Air 
Conditioner compressor being set to operate to help dry out the air even if 
not for cooling the car.  A/C on means the fan runs continuously.
