How much is an '85 UrQ with 186k miles worth?

Has an MC engine in it.  Engine and head were
overhauled before installation ~20k miles ago. 
Installation did NOT include the MC ECU and complete
wiring harness, so the car bogs down on the top end. 
It needs the MC ecu to run properly.

Body in decent shape, paint ok, hard to tell it was
raining today.  Interior is pretty rough, seats split
etc.

UrQ decals missing, ie rings on doors and script in
the rear.  Exhaust looks a bit rusty.  I was unable to
drive it today but hope to in a few days.

What do you guys think it's worth?  What should I
offer for it?

I've always wanted an UrQ, esp an '85...
