4kQ seats same as CGT?

are the seats in a 4kq essentially the same seat as in a CGT aside from the 
fold-forward feature?  a friend of mine just bought a '86 CGT with the red 
leather interior, and the front seats are shot.  i have located a junked 86 
4kQ with the red leather interior, and the seats are good.   can i use the 
covers at least, or the seatbottom, or?
