Had this discussion with my dad and he believed the bottom end wouldnt match
up with the head as far as oil pasasages ect ect.  I guess the only way we
can see is if someone matches one up and see how it goes.

Well, the head will bolt to the block, just use the right head gasket 
according to bore, the rest will have to be figured out regaring manifolds, 
final compression, bracketry, and engine control...

Any 10v bottom end will result in very low compression, because of that you 
really should just use the 20v bottom end for 10.3:1 compression, or an
NG/NF 
bottom end for 8ish:1 compression.

Good luck, I don't think its been documented, much less very much 
experimented with, I have been thinking a lot about it though with some 
others on the list.
