Charlie Smith Spring or similar???

I might be dating myself here, but I'm looking for one
of the old Charlie Smith Springs or a similar (read:
cost effective) mod.  I sold my first 5000tq back in
'97 and just picked up another one and I'm looking to
perform the above mod (also looking for a set of
fuchs, anyone, anyone...:).  If anyone can help me
out, I'd greatly appreciate it.  Over the past four
years maybe someone else has done something similar or
better, please let me know.
