to much fuel

I have a 1991 audi 80 5cyl. non turbo non quatro and cant seem to start it
the cyl. keep flooding full of fuel so I pull the fuse to the fuel pump turn it over a few times and it wants to start than dies from lack of fuel so I re insert the fuse and try again, and again.......
can any one help with this problem my feet hurt from kicking the car to much!!!!
