Urq smoked tailights.....

I thought I would mention this, for those that have upgraded to the 
Hella smoked taillights. I recently upgraded to the euro 4 bulb
lampholders as well (thanks to Mr. Bennett) and was concerned about
the 4x21 watts now being carried by the marginal original wiring. Not 
to mention the headlight switch.

I was going to relay them but took another tack instead. I found some
RED LED 1157 lamps that are brighter, use far less current and are
guaranteed for ever. The LED portion is the same size as the glass
portion of the stock lamp, so there is no problem fitting thru the
hole in the tailight. They work very well....what's the down side??
$19.95 a pair. But if you consider the work etc. of relaying vs.
PnP. it doesn't seem so bad. Take a look if interested.
