rear shox removal

help...
 
 trying to do my rear shox today.  on the lower attachment after i got the
nut off, i cannot get the bolt out. (the one that runs through the shock)
 
 does the bolt have to unscrew?  have been pounding on it with a hammer,
trying to unscrew it, etc, but man is that thing in there.  have been
pumping the liquid wrench to it and trying to work it loose.
 
 any suggestions?
