thanks Huw,
not as far as I can tell.  its a 1990 200q.
i have jacked it up, removed wheel and taken
nut off.  took quite a lot of patience to get
the bolt turning and it still only makes half a turn.
looks like the inner bushing of the shock is quite
deteriorated.
