is the CGT a 2+2? other CGT questions..., parts needed

sometimes i hear the term "2+2" when referring to various coupes, and 2 doors 
sports cars of various makes.. ...  what does this "2+2" designation mean, 
and is the CGT a "2+2" ?

on another note, my friend picked up his (new to him) '86 CGT today, and 
discovered that the back seatback doesnt fold down into the trunk!!  (dont 
laugh - like i said, this is a learning experience.. never owned anything but 
type 44's before) id thought the back seatback folded forward to increase 
trunk space like most other hatchbacks.. 

he said all looks good so far.. except the AC compressor (York type, a huge 
unit!) is leaking fluid..  and the clutch needs adjustment (almost engages at 
the floor?)  but he is preparing to make the its first 800 mile drive back to 
Atlanta with it today.   any other ideas of stuff to check before the trip?   
Also if anyone out there has a nice white CGT rear bumper for a '85-'87, let 
me know..i take it's not the same rear bumper as the 4k?
