Tuner Control Substitute?

I noticed my local Autozone sells an "electrical parts
cleaner" or some such thing that comes in a can and
looks real similar to Radio Shack's Tuner Control.  It
was $2.99 IIRC.  Given my experiences w/Autozone I'm
leary of pretty much everything they sell. . . any
experiences w/this electrical cleaner??
