Is a CGT a 2+2

I would say that both of the above are hatchbacks, and Audi merely calls
the 90-91 a Coupe to preserve model naming continuity.
What makes a car a 2+2? Well in my book, it's a normally 2 seat car that
has been stretched to accommodate 2 additional passengers. The Nissan
280ZX/300ZX 2+2 series cars come to mind (incidentally I have a 2 seat
300ZX.) Some manufacturers stretch (no pun intended) this a bit and call a
sporty car with a very small/useless back seat a 2+2 (such as a Camaro or
Mustang.)
In either case, the CGT isn't a 2+2 because (1) it is based on a 4 door car
with a standard back seat and (2) that back seat is HUGE, I have no problem
sitting in the back, and I'm 6'4". In fact just thinking about it, every
2+2 I know of is a hatchback, so the 90-91 Coupe may indeed be a 2+2, but
the 81-87 isn't.
