There are other fuel-saving incentives available: tax credit for commuters
using street legal motorcycles, right of way access to commuters using
bicycles, and more Diesel powered automobiles.
However, our clueless politicians in Washington D.C. and elsewhere are
tapped into the OPEC financed cash-cow. So, for now, all we'll see on the
roadways are 15mpg SUV's with one occupant.
