AOL users on the Q list

I missed the front end of this dialogue. What is the trouble AOL users are 
causing, HTML?

On the rare occasion that I have posted to the Q list, I've never seen any 
HTML following one of my posts but I have seen it quite often following posts 
from all sorts of email addresses.
