Manifold torque values.

Could someone please tell me how tight to make the
exhaust manifold nuts on a '88 MC out of a 5000 CS? 
Just doing a little maintenance and a few mods in that
vicinity.  It's amazing I was even getting boost with
the gash/crack and backed off nuts on the EM.
