Radar detectors allowed in Germany? Now NAC...

Exactly...errm...nearly.

Not the phone sex is considered [whatever]. *Selling* it is.
That means, if you call, then get the bill, you don't pay,
the seller cannot force you to pay cause it was an immoral/impure
transaction (if you pay, it's legal anyway). The same reason
hookers cannot go to court to get payed if theire customer refused
it. Nonetheless the government expect them to pay income tax,
though... No. I don't understand that, and I don't expect any
other to...

On radar detectors again (generalized): It's legal to have them,
legal to sell them, legal to buy them, legal to *use* them, and
legal for the gov to confiscate them and destroy them...

Tuned LPDs: Legal to sell, legal to have, legal to buy, illegal
to use, illegal to confiscate and destroy... Any questions? No?
Good.

Counter-Flashes: Legal to sell (not sure), legal to have (in your
living room), illegal to have (mounted on your car), heavily
illegal to *use* on your car, illegal to confiscate (I think) but
they can void your car's registration, that voids your insurance
etc...

So long!
Ero.
