High altitude, and low octane

Ah, forgot about spark advance on high-tech motors- that's true.

*But* that doesn't mean that the FI car requires high octane fuel at
altitude- just that it can take advantage of it.  (Just like it could have
at low altitude if you gave it 97 instead of 93..)
