4kq wheel bearing?

Try swapping the tires around first.  When I got my 
90Q, it had a noise that I was certain was a bad front 
wheel bearing so I tore the front end apart and replaced 
them.  It turned out to be tire noise which went away 
as soon as I replaced the tires.
