Coolant leak

Heater core and attached hoses could leak to the outside of the heater core
box and then down onto the top of the transmission via the drain for the
area covered by the rain diverter.

More likely the connections to the heater valve.  Couple of hoses and
clamps in that area, right behind the engine.
