ETKA on WinXP question

Two questions:
1) did you follow the procedures for WIN2000 setup?
2) did you try and run etka in compatability mode?
   right-click on the shortcut for EPC/ETKA and goto properties
   Click on the "compatability" tab
   try "run this program in compatibility mode for" and
   select win2k or something
