None of the above.  Get it working properly first - WOT switch, wastegate frequency
valve, turbo hoses in good shape, mixture set well (slightly rich).  Good plugs,
not single electrode Bosch platinums... the stock tri-electrode plugs are hard to beat.
Make sure no error codes being stored in the ECU.

Then, go for the chip/wastegate spring.  Ned (Intended Acceleration) and Scott Mockry are
reputable.  Either will get you up to about 220 hp relatively inexpensively.

No doubt Javad and others will add more info on exhaust and intake.

I'm quite happy with mine with a mere boost increase to 1.8 bar.  However, its chip
is carefully tuned to prevent the knock sensor kicking in.

Ah, a baby.  Mine just turned 200k miles and got (ab)used on the track at PIR yesterday.
Which reminds me...  I'd go for braking improvements before exhaust systems...
