T-belt change questions and advice needed

Under EU law, they cannot refuse.  If you want me to dig out the references
again (I just did this on the UK Bulletin Board) I'll see what I can do.

There is another way to lock the crank using a transmission bolt in one of
the test apertures on the bell housing.  It should be in the archives -
perhaps someone has a copy?
