Idles differently when cold and warm.

Makes sense.  I'll look at the ISV after work today.
How does that work?  Must somehow adjust the amount of
airflow, which directly controls the amount of fuel
being injected.   I don't have the Haynes manual for
my car with me right now, but, I hope it tells me how
to trouble shoot the ISV.

Number two:  Is it possible to get the procedures
scanned from the Bentley manual on basic fuel
injection diagnosis.
