RS2 brake caliper carriers

Contact John Cassara @ Autobahn Performance in Atlanta. He's ordered
some and may have them by now. Wants them as upgrades for S4/S6s... 800

We had a conversation about this at Petit Lemans last month. I was
interested as my V8 with the G60 conversion would work too. His point
was it should be a bolt-on conversion for the S4/S6 and converted V8s,
and not that expensive either.
