I see Kneale already let you know the list of usual suppliers.
I would suggest you pass on the torque multiplier tool, and purchase a 3/4
inch socket set, and something like this huge torque wrench from Harbor
Freight:

I use the 3/4" SAE socket set, works just fine. I see they reference a 3/4"
metric one, too.
The first time I did the crank nut I used the 3/4" breaker bar with a pipe
extension, and bent the breaker bar. The second time, I set the huge torque
wrench to 500 ft/lbs and pulled the crank nut off with ease. Torque the
bolt to 330 ft/lbs when you put it back on with this baby.
OK, I know I'm a little nuts here. As long as they both do the job, I'd
rather purchase a generic tool at a higher cost than a task specific tool.
So far, the huge torque wrench has been used to do a few crank bolts, to
torque the strut caps on the front suspension, to torque the axle nuts on
the front, and to impress a few friends with the old my torque wrench is
bigger than your torque wrench :-)
