Exactly- if the car is rusty, it is suspect.

On that note, my car has a couple rust bubbles on one of the
quarter panels- should I get this fixed before it turns into
major cancer or should I let sleeping dogs lie? The paint is
not broken, I have not seen any change in the rust for over
a year... and it's probably going to be really expensive to get
it fixed- gotta repaint the whole quarter panel probably, right?
