slippery questions for type 44

My '87 5kcstq just hit 177k mi.  It's getting its scheduled Mobil 1 change
and I was wondering if any listers have used MoS2 Anti-Friction stuff or
Ventil Sauber Valve Clean.  Snake oils? Or good medicine?  I guess my real
question relates to the car running fine (it does) but is there more I can
do to get rid of deposits, sludge, etc.?  (since I bought it at 118k mi, I
do Mobil 1 & oem filter changes every 5k mi)

Also, what is the scheduled interval for the o2 sensor?
