Ignition Switch or Starter????

last year, i had the same problem with my 200qa. it was the starter. the
same thing started happening again. except when i 'hotwired' the starter, it
would turnover. swith? Nope. Alarm system. There is a relay in 200 models
that disables the starter. i removed the relay and installed a jumper (who's
gonna steal a 12 year old car wth 180,000 miles?). no problems since.
