V8 --> 200 interior swap

I have a V8 which cannot be titled. It's only usable on temporary
plates ($20/day) or for parts. I also have a '90 200TQ. The V8
interior is super-clean leather, the 200TQ is worn cloth. I'm aware of
the difference between the mounting points for the power seats and the
non-power seats. Everything else looks swappable almost without
modifications, is this correct? I'm mainly thinking about door panels
(should bolt right in) and dashboard..
