200 & Ur-S4 transmission compatible?

Are the transmissions from a 200TQ and an Ur-S4 compatible?
My 200TQ is incredibly low geared (3000 rpm @ 70 mph) and I'd like to
have it rev a bit lower.. As it is now, it will hit the rev limiter in
5th at 160 mph indicated..

One more thing, anyone know if the V8 rear differential can be used on
a 200TQ? I have access to a complete V8 for parts, and if the ratio is
the same, a dual torsen setup would be fun to have.. :-) The FP
doesn't give any rear final drive ratios on the V8..
