Yes & no. SIR is no more. In it place will be
(drumroll) Pacific Raceway Park! Which happens to be
the name of the race track originally.
The owners of the track the Kicked the track manger to
the curb after his lease expired. They intend to
revamp the place and bring it up to acceptable
condition.

Yikes.  I'm glad I don't race there.  Check out that
"first aid" vehicle; looks like it could use a little
itself.  Fire truck looks even worse.

I like the line about credit cards.  Is that a sign of
how much they expect to get for the place?
