Audi 4kQ- hardstart

okay, second fuse from the right on the bottom horizontal row is there- and
it is a 30 amp fuse. there is power at the point, Key On Engine Off. got to
wonder if that thing was needing a 10 amp fuse to blow, and it did not being
a 30A and it fried it self.
