Yes, of course it's serious. As long as they're getting fixed (which, with a
few exceptions, they seem to be), then that's that. Do I think AoA went
overboard on the guy that started this thread? Probably, yeah (remember, we
only hear his side of the story). Do I think they go overboard on everybody?
