Heater valves

The original valves are plastic, and the failure mode is for the two halves
to just split apart at some point, releasing a steady flow of coolant.

The replacement valves we are talking about are not plastic. They are
metal. And as far as I know they don't fail the same way BECAUSE they are
metal. The test is underway and results will be available in 2015.
