Towing a quattro with a tow dolly

Consult either:
-your Bently(factory shop manual)
-your owner's manual
-your local Audi dealer(the manual states "a booklet on towing your
quattro properly is available from your local Audi dealer.")

The safest is always flatbed, followed by towing with one end of the
vehicle up and the other on a dolly system.  If you want to do
anything else, there's usually speed+distance restrictions, or it may
be impossible...all depending upon what generation of quattro system
you have.
