Windows XP users can use the built-in Internet Time functionality.

Open your control panel, and choose the Date and Time control panel applet.
Click on the "Internet Time" tab. Make sure the "Automatically synchronize
with an Internet Time Server" check-box is checked, and select a server from
the list (here, I'm using the .gov server, as the Microsoft server seems to
be down). Test it with the "Update Now" button.
