Have your friend remove the air intake silencer or go with an HKS cone
filter. Helps spool-up tremendously, and you can hear the BOV distinctly.
The ti turbo spools up a bit quicker than the previous E4 turbo; lag is much
less. Of course with an Anti-lag system, it's a moot point

Not even a thick coat of paint will prevent that...one stage in my E6 rally
car and the paint's already beginning to be blasted away =). Kind of a PITA
repainting the flares and sills between events. Coordsport UK sells
Stongard-type protection for the sills and rear wheel arches and Ralliart
mudflaps.
> In the dry this car will not spin or skid, not for us anyway.
Heh, heh...oh, it will, although the Active Yaw Control does its best to
prevent it. If you want the car a little more tail happy simply disconnect
the AYC and ABS (on the same relay).
> About the only other bad comment i have at this point is the lighting,
Actually, the lighting angle is adjustable; there is a knob on the dash on
the right side of the steering column to adjust the lighting and angle
depending on how much weight is in the car. It sounds like it's set in the
wrong position.
> Anyway, ill keep you informed as my friend gets used to his new toy.
An HKS PFC-FCon ECM upgrade, and 3" exhaust will yield an immediate 330 -
340HP.
Mandatory Audi Content - After driving one of these cars, I've sold all but
one of my Q's =(.
