Chassis tag information (urq)?

Could anyone who has access to the encryption device, help a fellow
Audiphile decode this tag.  the car is in the US, but looks like a nice Gray
Market version to me:

Does the Sort number have any significance.  I have never seen it discussed
on the list; what is the significance of the last 4 digits of the Type code.

The car was fitted with genuine Sport Quattro seats ex factory, does this
show up in the options?

Very curious.
