Chassis tag information (urq)?

My Euro Ur-q doesn't have a VIN tag on the A pillar.
Only the firewall, tag on in the cowling and sticker in the trunk.
Looks like the A pillar is a North American thing.
Any other country usus A pillar or base of the windshield tags?
