MC2 head interchange Q

Hello-
    Would a 034-103-373 cylinder head fit onto a 1990 200 TQ 10Valve engine?
My cylinder head currently on is the stock 034-103-373AA.
    Reason being is that the head in question is for auction on Ebay and I'd
like to get it installed on my car.
    Also since the cyl. head is from a 5000 Turbo, would there be any ill
effects from a different compression ratio cyl. head or ECU problems?

Any Info would be appreciated,
