Brake pedal/Bleed screw

I put the bleed screw in the brake line hole, brake line in the bleed hole
where the seat is messed up. So far, so good, and the bleed screw is now on
top of the caliper, just above the brake line port, apparently into the same
cavity. That seems like a good thing, I guess I can leave it.
The rebuilt caliper has a bad bleed hole! Can't get it to seal. The bleed
screw is the small size, can't switch the brake line there. I'm pretty sure
the brake pedal problem was that leak. I could only get it to noticably
leak under boost. I turned a new bleed screw in 'till it snapped off,
turned a screw into that 'till it snapped off. Almost sealed. Monday I'll
see about another rebuilt caliper. This is my third defective rebuilt
caliper.
